Above, curling soffit lines guide guests through the facility’s office area. A handful of closed offices and two small meeting rooms line exterior walls, while most employees operate within a space occupied by 18 cubicles equipped with sit/stand desks. A highlight of the building is the STEMCO Café, a comfortable meet-ing space and break area along the facility’s western wall.
